Objective
Manage and coordinate the pre-payroll process achieving the timely payment of salaries and benefits of all Magnocampo employees, in full compliance with current labor regulations, also coordinate and supervise the administrative functions of the Human Resources area, such as performance indicators of the area, labor relations, training, support in Organizational Culture events, among others.
Profile:
- Schooling: Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, LAE, Industrial Relations or related (graduate).
- Knowledge: LFT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR (preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 4 years in similar position (responsible for payroll, personnel administration, labor relations) in companies with 1,000 employees.
- Software: Office 365, ERP, preferably PROSESO.
- Requirement: valid driver’s license.
