Objective:
- Ensure administrative control of purchases, file integration, updating of supplier databases, compliance with established policies and procedures, guaranteeing excellence in service to internal and external customers.
Critical Functions:
- Ensure compliance with purchase requisitions and deliveries
- Maintain detailed records of all purchase transactions, including orders placed, deliveries received, invoices, and any relevant communications
Profile:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Bachelor’s Degree in Public Accounting
- 6 months of experience
- Intermediate Excel, CONTPAQi desirable, Commercial
- Knowledge of invoicing, preferably commercial contracts
- Availability to travel to work sites within the states of Jalisco, Nayarit, and Michoacán (sporadically)
- Valid driver’s license
