Objective
To ensure accurate payroll calculation, proper analysis of information and timely payments to employees, complying with tax, state and social security obligations in accordance with the current legal framework.
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting or Business Administration (graduate).
- Minimum 4 years of experience as Payroll Manager.
- Mastery of IMSS / INFONAVIT Law, ISR Law.
- Mastery of payroll software (preferably PROSESO).
Critical functions
- Perform the correct calculation and comply in a timely manner with current social security and tax obligations.
- Carry out administrative processes in an efficient manner.
- Collaborate with the Human Talent area in the analysis of information for joint decision-making on benefits and employee benefits, ensuring alignment with the company’s profitability.
