Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Psychology, Human Resources, or Industrial Relations
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as head of Talent Management and Regulatory Management of training before the STPS in companies with a headcount of 900 employees
- Valid driver’s license
