Head of Talent Management

Objective:

  • Promote the attraction, development, well-being, and retention of human talent, aligning employee capabilities with Magnocampo’s strategic guidelines, promoting a culture of productivity, innovation, and safety that positively impacts the competitiveness of the business

Critical Functions:

  • Attracting and retaining talent
  • Training and development of employees
  • Culture and compliance with labor regulations in training

Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Psychology, Human Resources, or Industrial Relations
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as head of Talent Management and Regulatory Management of training before the STPS in companies with a headcount of 900 employees
  • Valid driver’s license
