- Provide support to users through excellent service. Likewise, contribute to continuous improvement projects inherent to the IT infrastructure at Magnocampo.
Critical Functions:
- Perform administrative control of the IT area and technological equipment.
- Provide support to users in the use of their technological tools.
- Ensure internal customer satisfaction with the level of IT support service.
Profile:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology.
- 2 years of experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to travel to work sites within the states of Jalisco, Nayarit, and Michoacán (occasionally).
