Objective:
- Supervise the harvesting of agave according to the established plan, ensuring quality, staff organization, and proper transportation logistics
Critical Functions:
- Supervise and coordinate jima activities, ensuring compliance with the plan and proper execution by the crews
- Make quick and effective decisions in critical situations or contingencies in the field, applying your technical expertise to ensure continuity and quality in the agave harvesting process
Profile:
- Agricultural Engineer
- 6 months of experience
- Basic Excel
- Willingness to travel to work sites within the states of Jalisco, Nayarit, and Michoacán
